Stuck? Try Troubleshooting Instead of Problem Solving

When your printer breaks, you don't sit back and think about how to solve the problem. You troubleshoot by trying out different approaches. Use those same troubleshooting skills to solve business problems quickly and efficiently. Get close to the problem and the frontline employees and customers who are experiencing it. Find the root cause and determine what is required to fix the problem. Most importantly, find the best person to implement the solution. Hands-on troubleshooting allows you to deeply understand the problem and be more actively involved in the solution
